Community Investment
At Coppell Lacrosse, we believe a strong lacrosse program starts with a strong community.
Our Community Investment efforts are about more than the game. They’re about showing up, giving back, and creating meaningful connections with the families, schools, and organizations that make Coppell such a special place to grow.
Giving Back Beyond the Field
From elementary school gyms to community events across the city, Coppell Lacrosse is proud to be present and involved. Our athletes learn that leadership isn’t just something you practice during a game—it’s something you live out every day.
We focus on:
- Building positive relationships with local schools
- Encouraging service, teamwork, and responsibility
- Introducing the sport of lacrosse to new families
- Supporting events that strengthen the Coppell community
Community Events & Volunteering
You’ll find Coppell Lacrosse at festivals, clinics, service projects, and community gatherings throughout the year. Whether we’re hosting a free youth clinic, volunteering at a local event, or supporting a school initiative, our goal is always the same: make a positive impact.
These moments matter. They help our athletes understand the importance of service while strengthening the bond between our program and the community we represent.
Supporting Local Schools
Coppell Lacrosse regularly partners with elementary schools to support PE classes, gym days, and special school events. Our players and coaches help introduce students to lacrosse in a fun, welcoming way—often for the very first time.
These experiences allow younger students to:
- Try new skills in a safe, encouraging environment
- See older athletes as role models
- Learn about teamwork, movement, and sportsmanship
For our players, it’s a chance to give back and lead by example.
Growing the Game the Right Way
Introducing lacrosse at the elementary level helps grow the sport while keeping it accessible, inclusive, and fun. Our outreach focuses on:
- No experience required
- All skill levels welcome
- Emphasis on fun, confidence, and learning
By meeting kids where they are—in their schools, gyms, and community spaces—we help build excitement and opportunity for future players.
