order. High School Players only need to complete Steps
1 and 3:1. Obtain
a US LAX Membership
2. Register with the NTYLL

LACROSSE PLAYERS
Important— It will be the
responsibility of the players to
have current US Lacrosse membership
numbers. Please insure that your
lacrosse membership is updated for
the upcoming season. Go to
www.uslacrosse.org to check the
status of your lacrosse membership.
You will need to update your
membership so that it carries
through the full Spring Season and
Summer Leagues.
NO PLAYER CAN PLAY WITHOUT AN
UPDATED MEMBERSHIP.
At the US Lacrosse website you can
do a “self verification” by
providing requested information
under the “Membership” link on the
left of the screen. If this is your
first time playing and you have
never received a US Lacrosse
membership number you can use the
same link above to get your US
Lacrosse membership.
